What I Do:
My therapeutic approach is a combination of cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic therapy. Cognitive behavioral simply means looking at how your thoughts and beliefs can affect your feelings, as well as your actions. Psychodynamic therapy involves exploring past experiences and relationships to see how they may be impacting your life now.
Equally important as my therapeutic approach is the way that I work. My therapeutic style is warm, non-judgemental, active and real. I am able to quickly make connections with my clients and understand where they are coming from.
